Here are some pictures of Carter from yesterday and today. There hasn't been much change in his condition or the doctor's orders for his care. He needs to have less fluid coming out of the tube from his stomach, it needs to be lighter/more clear in color and he needs to have a bowel movement before they will remove the tube and start feeding him. Please pray that all three of these things happen in the next 24 hours. That is our prayer...24 hours...please pray alongside us that Carter will be tube free by Sunday.
Yesterday:
See the red mark on his cheek? That is from the tape that was used to hold the ventilator in place. Joe says Carter and I are cut from the same cloth because my back broke out just like that from the tape they used to place the epidural. His cheek looks MUCH better today.
