Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival

We went to a pumpkin patch Saturday afternoon just to take pictures. We already had our pumpkins but I wanted some cute pictures of the girls. Well, I didn't get many. The sun was shining in their eyes so they would not cooperate. The setting was beautiful with the big corn field behind the patch, but unfortunately these were the only pictures that turned out even remotely cute. And I still think something quirky is going on with the settings on my camera. I think the color/brightness is off. I had to do a lot of touch ups just to get them this quality.

After the pumpkin patch we went to a fall festival that Catherine invited us to. The girls had so much fun. They had a pony ride, ate cotton candy, trunk or treated, petted/ran away from some animals, climbed/went a few feet up on the rock wall and then propelled down out of fear, and played inside the inflatable obstacle course and slides. It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon and evening. The girls loved the fall festival and Hannah's prayer that night was, "Jesus, thank you that a long time ago MeMaw had Auntie in her tummy and then she grew up and got to be our Auntie. Thank you that she was so sweet to invite us to such a fun festival!."
