For those of you around Carter much, you know he LOVES magic markers. He loves to just hold them and carry them around the house. I guess because they are small and easy to grip and colorful. You will hear him crawling on the hardwoods making a loud ruckus and you know he has a marker in each hand banging on the floors as he crawls. He loves markers! Well, the other morning I was working in the kitchen and he crawled into the laundry room and found a huge bag of the girls’ plastic Easter eggs. Let’s just say he now has a new obsession! He loves Easter eggs! Catherine gave him some camouflage plastic Easter eggs and they are his favorite. I keep his Easter basket on the floor in his room with some eggs and stuffed bunnies and every time he goes past his room he wants to go in there and pull out his Easter treats. (Along with most of the grass! UGGHH!) If Easter doesn’t come soon, our baskets might be grassless because I might yank it all out until Easter Eve!) Here is what I found in the laundry room after he discovered the eggs! I dump them all out every few days or so and he enjoys a good 30 minutes of rolling and licking (you might not want to touch our eggs!) and throwing and opening the eggs. Good times!
Pretty soon we are going to have to decide what to do with these curls on top of his head. They are beginning to resemble a mullet! They might have to get a trim until the rest of his hair catches up!
