Surprise

I have so many things I want to write about tonight but don't have time. They will have to wait until tomorrow, but I just couldn't wait to post these pictures of the girls. They didn't tell anyone they were doing this...they wanted it to be a surprise.

Emma got about 2 inches cut off and Hannah 5 or 6. I was so worried Hannah would regret it. She said she was a little disappointed about it afterward. I know she did it to make me happy. I told her it was her decision but I thought she would be beautiful with short hair again. I told them both if they went through with it we could celebrate and go to Toys R Us. So we did! I want them to have choices as they grow up but I really felt like Hannah's hair was getting too long and stringy. She is so much cuter with short hair. I tried to make it their decision with a little persuasion and a little incentive for a new toy. I hope they don't regret it. I told them they could grow it back out if they didn't like it short, so we'll see what they decide. Hannah's is so precious. It reminds me of how she looked as a little toddler and I love it. It just makes my heart a little sad because she was so proud of her long hair. I hope continues to like her new haircut. For right now she says she is happy with it. I'll write tomorrow about our trip to Carowinds and share some great pictures from our day.
