Carter loved the little tree we set up in the playroom. He loved lying on his back looking up through the branches at the lights and most of all he loved pulling down low ornaments and playing with the “balls.” Mommy’s least favorite part about his pastime was sweeping up the needles he would pull down each day as part of his ritual!
Notice how all of the low ornaments are gone? This picture was taken just days before Christmas, so he had already removed them all during the month of December! The tree skirt ended up getting ditched too because he would crawl all over and wrinkle it up and I got tired of straightening it every day. So our little tree sat on this little rug. Just call it a Charlie Brown tree…no skirt, no ornaments, but it was well-loved!
