Children's Museum and Mama Mia

Last night Tracy and I took the three kids to the Children's Museum. They had a lot of fun. One Friday night a month you can get in for $3.00 a person instead of $7.00, so we took advantage of the discount and went for a couple of hours. The girls loved the Krispy Kreme doughnut factory and Trent loved pushing his shopping cart in the Food Lion grocery store and filling it up with canned goods! Emma is having her birthday party there in a few weeks and is so excited.

This morning the girls dressed up and put on a show to the Mama Mia Soundtrack. On the dvd you can play the songs only (since it is PG 13 they can't watch the movie, but they love the songs). So, we put on the sing along portion of the dvd and they dressed up and performed for us. It is unlike Hannah to dress up in the dress up clothes so it was fun seeing that girly side of her and watching her perform.

The mailman brought our valentine craft supplies yesterday and Emma was eager to make her valentines this morning. She spread out on the living room floor and got to work. She wrote everyone's name all by herself and then signed them, "Love Emma." She was so proud of her work.

Here are some pictures of the museum and our broadway production of Mama Mia performed live in our living room this morning.

Since this was Emma's first trip to the museum, she wanted to do everything. Hannah has been before and was more into the Krispy Kreme shop than anything else. Emma was so sweet, exploring everything and letting me take her picture.
