Last Tuesday, I loaded up the three kids and we drove to Charlotte to the Discovery Place. The girls had never been and it had been probably 25 years since I had visited as a kid. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Emma and Carter didn’t enjoy the I-Max movie so we let Hannah watch it as we watched from the back. It was on ocean life and it creeped E and C out (And truthfully, it didn’t hurt my feelings to watch from a distance. I have always been creeped out by ocean animals.) We had fun playing at the water table, playing musical instruments, building ramps and using pulleys and levers. It was a day of fun exploration. We will definitely be visiting again this summer.

Call us if you go back this summer. I don't know how it would work for Hud's naps, but that would be a fun day! I love Charlotte! Then maybe we could eat somewhere yummy!
