Scrapbooking

I had given up scrapbooking because of the cost and the time! I have been introduced to digital scrapbooking and I'm giving it a try! Here is my first page layout. I won't tell you how long it took me this morning to create this one page! I'm learning and I think it will get easier! It's not very professional, but it's a start!

Jen, This looks awsome! I can't believe you just stared! It took me a month to get my editing space in photoshop open!

Where did you get this kit? Is it a template?

Also, did I tell you about the Happy Scrap Girl. It's listed on my blog. She shows sites that list free stuff every day or two. I have tons of scrapbooking stuff downloaded and I've only spent about $30 when I want something more specific. I love the shabby shopee. I think I sent you the link for all of her free things.

Prepare Joe...this is addicting! Plus it's so fun and easy to keep everyone updated!

Thanks, Jennifer! I saw a link on your page to The Pixel Fairy Princess and I copied her layout. I need to add the info to my page. It came from Funky Playground Designs. It is the Amelie kit. I am going to have to "cheat" to find the time to scrapbook again. So, if I see a cute layout I'm going to have to steal some ideas! I had a little experience with PhotoShop so after doing the tutorial you mentioned, it came a lot easier! I have a little html knowledge, but creating this blog page was harder than I thought. I would love for you to teach me some tricks. If you have time to help me work on my page, I'd love to make a donation for your walk. What a great idea! I'd love for you to help me put a cute background like yours. I looked and looked and can't figure out how you do it!

I've got to run to get Hannah from school. I'll talk to you soon.
