Picture Time

Here are Carter's three month pictures and pictures of the girls Carnival Pink Hair. The last picture was taken last night. It was storming and Joe was out of town, so it was just me and the kiddos. The girls like to get in my bed when it storms. So they jumped in my bed to watch one tv show before heading to their own beds. Emma got up to get her bike into the garage because she had left it in the front yard. So, decked out in her pjs, goulashes and hoodie, she and I raced out in the storm to retrieve her bike. The last picture of Hannah and Carter is what I found when I returned in from the rain. I had laid him on the bed with Hannah and instructed her to watch him. She decided he needed to snuggle down in the covers with her and this is the precious sight I found. Enjoy the pictures and if you live here in NC with us, enjoy yet another rainy day! I thought April showers were supposed to bring May flowers...not more May showers!

On a side note, I have been experimenting with my granola recipe and trying to reduce the fat. I made it this morning with no oil, and substituted applesauce in it's place. I'll let you know how it turns out.

FYI: On Fridays, Hannah doesn't have to wear a uniform to school so I'm trying to give her the freedom to pick what she wants to wear to school on Fridays. (Hence, the Hannah Montana shirt.) You can't see it in the photo, but I let Emma pick her shirt too and she wore her St. Patrick's Day Shamrock shirt! We really rocked it out with our great fashion sense last Friday!
